Making a Camp Fire

WALT: to work safely and cooperatively to make a camp fire.

Working with an outdoor education leader the pupils were shown how to safely make a camp fire using sticks (to create the fire circle) lint (which was to be lit) Vaseline ( which was rubbed on the lint as it is flammable) and the flint stick to create the spark. Once the fire was burning it was extinguished using a bottle of water.
