• Explain that today’s story is a delightful story about the Leaf man.
• Remind the children that A Leaf Man’s got to go where the wind blows.
• Get the children to use their imagination to think about the journey the leaf man may have been on before he entered our schoolgrounds.
• Get the children to use their imagination to think about what the leaf man may look like.
• Get them to collect materials and used the materials provided to create their own leaf creature.
• Forest School Leader brings children together for a plenary to discuss what they have learned and talk about their leaf creature.
• Forest School Leader evaluates the sessions using Faces or thumbs up.
• Forest School site is left tidy and clean following all Leave No Trace Principles
