Big Tree Investigation

We talked about safety, following the 1,2,3 rule. The children explored under the big evergreen trees. We talked about the height and width of the tress. The children were introduced to new vocabulary, roots, trunk, branches, leaves and evergreen. Children took part in tree yoga and we finished with a song. We recapped on the important vocabulary before returning to the classroom.
